Rumer Willis is all set to star for Columbia Pictures and Happy Madison. 13-July-2007

Rumor will be joined by Emma Stone, Katharine McPhee, Kat Dennings and comedian Dana Goodman in the comedy, which is being directed by Fred Wolf, reports Moviehole. The script, written by Karen McCullah Lutz and Kirsten Smith, revolves around a Playboy bunny (Anna Faris) who gets thrown out of the Playboy Mansion and becomes the house mother to the lamest sorority on campus. Willis will play a self-doubting young woman who wears a back brace even though she could have had it removed years ago. The filming for the movie is scheduled to begin on July 23 in Los Angeles.

Rumer Willis, Bruce Willis and Mischa Barton to Star in Dark Comedy. 21-Jun-2007

Rumer Willis, oldest daughter of Bruce Willis and Demi Moore, has been cast in the dark comedy “The Sophomore” along with her father. The movie is a repeat performance for the father-daughter duo they appeared together in the movie “Hostage” in 2005.

“The Sophomore” is also set to star Mischa Barton who is best known for her role as Marissa Cooper on “The OC.” Barton plays a popular girl in high school who gets involved in a case dealing with the theft of SAT’s. Then the girl, along with her off-beat beat sidekick played by Rumer, stumble on a conspiracy that is much bigger than expected.

Bruce Willis plays the principal of the school. He is a Desert Storm veteran with trouble letting go of his past. The movie is said to be a “teenage take on ‘Chinatown’.” The film will be directed by Brett Simon through Yari Film Group. Shooting for the project is set to begin in August.

Actor Bruce Willis is a typical dad when it comes to his daughters’ boyfriends. Willis recently admitted that he is a bit tough and strict when dealing with his daughters’ dates.

"My relationship with my daughters is a lot more upfront than that, and what we've done, as parents, is to try and send the girls out in the world with as much information about what those 16- and 18-year-old boys are thinking, and hopefully that'll keep them safe,” People quoted him, as saying. Willis has three daughters, Rumer, 18; Scout, 15; and Tallulah, 13, with ex-wife Demi Moore.

"I'm not hard at all. I just tell [the boys] I want to meet them – that's the only thing I ask for. I just give them that look, that little look,” he said. "I always put one of them in charge," he said. "If they bring a little group of guys over to the house to have a pool party or whatever, I just say, 'Dude, what's your name?' and he says, 'Uh, Cinjun.' I say, 'Cinjun, you're in charge. If anything happens to one of my daughters, I'm coming to you first, and then I'm going to kill all your friends right in front of you, and you'll be last.' Cinjun, if you're listening to this,” he added.
